Questions for Ultimate Rhythmic Gymnastics

Are there opportunites to attend meets?
Yes. Invited students with extra lessons will be offered the opportunities for local meets when they get ready for performance.

Can I take your class while belonging to another club?
Yes. Our class is open to anyone with no restrictions, just like open dance and ballet classes everywhere.

Does ballet class help improve rhythmic performance?
Yes. Make sure the instructor not only "shows" the movement but "teaches" the movement. For example, Elena has taken a regular ballet class from Natalia Shevchenko.

Will you share an experiene of getting a ballet barre for home practice?
We have a good experience for getting a free-standing ballet barre. Elena uses Free Standing - Frame and One Bar (4').

Will you share an experiene of getting safe standing mirror for home practice?
We have a good experience for getting a glassless mirror. Elena uses Mirrorlite™ Vertical Rolling Glassless Mirror 36" x 72" x 1".
