Ms. Namie "Nancy" Shinohara: Rhythmic Program Instructor and Choreographer
Ms. Nancy has instructed and choreographed rhythmic gymnasts from recreational to nationally competitive levels for ~15 years. She is a former US National Coach and current National Judge in rhythmic gymnastics. She holds a bachelor degree in Physical Education, and has a teaching license in Physical Education for middle and high schools. She also coaches her daughter, Elena, who has is a former US National Team Member.
Dr. Shino Shinohara, PhD: Rhythmic Program Director and Trainer
Dr. Shino has educated instructors in various sports for > 20 years. He is a USAG professional rhythmic coach and Georgia State Chair. He holds a PhD in Exercise Science and master and bachelor degrees in Physical Education from University of Tokyo. His academic expertise is neuromuscular physiology and learning of skilled movement. He is a Fellow member of the American College of Sports Medicine and Associate Editor of Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise. Current scientific knowledge is incorporated into the rhythmic program.
Elena Shinohara: Rhythmic Program Demonstrator
It is crucial to watch the demonstration by a high-level gymnast for achieving correct skills. Elena is the only former National Team Member in Georgia State & Region 6. Elena is currently Senior Elite and practices rhythmic gymnastics at various places including Ultimate Gymnastics.

Rhythmic gymnastics lesson in Duluth (Gwinnett) serves north, east, and northeast of Greater Atlanta including Suwanee, Norcross, Duluth, Sugar Hill, Roswell, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Hamilton Mill, Buford, Flowery Branch, Lake Lanier, Mill Creek, Berkeley Lake, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Snellville, Loganville, Grayson, Dacula, Auburn, Winder, and the Johns Creek area.
